Totals come from the summary page of each campaign's 2025 Annual report, 2026 Report 1 and 2026 Report 2 on the Secretary of State's Aurora system. "Raised" is line 8 (all contributions, including in-kind and gifts of $100 or less) and "spent" is line 12 (all expenses). Cash is the ending fund balance on the latest report. Lombardo started 2025 with roughly $5.6 million already in the bank from earlier years, which is why his cash is higher than raised minus spent.
Donor and vendor lists are every itemized line on the contribution, in-kind, expense and in-kind expense schedules of those reports, totaled by name and city as filed, so a donor spelled two ways appears twice. Gifts of $100 or less are not itemized and only show up in the totals. Nevada caps gifts at $5,000 per election, so $10,000 across the primary and general is the most one donor can give a candidate this cycle; "maxed out" counts donors at that level. Both campaigns list some bank interest and vendor refunds on their contribution schedules (for example Nevada State Bank on Lombardo's and Columbia Bank money market interest on Ford's). Those lines are tagged "interest/refund" in the donor lists and left out of donor counts, top sponsors and the overlap table, but they stay in the reported totals.
Lombardo also files separate reports for a legal defense fund. It reported no new money this cycle and spent its remaining balance, ending June 30 at $0. Those reports are linked on his card and kept out of the campaign totals. Danielle Ford's reports list no contributions or expenses. Outside groups and PACs spending in this race are not included; they file their own reports.
